new siding!
We've been needing new siding on our house since we bought it almost three years ago and we finally did it! It used to be white with a grayish purple trim....yes I did just say PURPLE. Jared and I have been arguing...I mean discussing what color to do the siding for over a year. I wanted something neutral and Jared wanted something less boring. This grayish green was our compromise. I think it turned out pretty well and I really like the fact that the trim and shutters aren't purple anymore.

I think this color is much better than purple. It’s more stylish and natural to look at. I’m pretty sure it completely changed the atmosphere of your home. Anyway, why don’t you plant flowers in front of your house? That would freshen up the look of your home even more.
I don’t think neutral siding shades are boring, especially if they’re matched with a nice trim. All the same, I think you were able to get the look that you wanted! You should keep the bricks on the bottom part though. It provides the statement that crossed over the line from looking conventional. :)
