Yes they all may look alike to you, but I love each and every smile this kid gives me! I love that Brant has times when he is actually happy now! It makes it so much more fun to be a mom when you get feedback like this.

primary temple trip

Mia woke up on Saturday and said "I thought this day would never come!" She has been so excited about her primary temple trip. They got to tour the grounds and they both loved it. The tour guide did a great job with the kids and told them a lot of things that we didn't know. Mason loved it too, but was mostly excited to have another opportunity to hang out with his friends.


Just in case you all are wondering....yes I am getting a haircut soon....Tuesday to be exact. I've had a really bad hair month, so it's time for it to go! So, don't laugh at all the pics of me and my out of control hair....it will be remedied soon!

preschool zoo trip

We haven't made a zoo trip in way too long because I was way too fat while pregnant and then I just haven't been very brave when it comes to taking Brant out on long trips yet, but he did great! We took the kids for preschool last week and it was a really fun day. Mason loves all the girls in his preschool and I have to say the feeling is mutual. They get a long great.

Baths

This post is dedicated to my mother-in-law who assured me that if I bathed Brant every night he would sleep better......well it didn't work, but he is cleaner. Check out that strong neck, fat rolls and chubby cheeks! He is clocking in now at about 14 pounds...this kid is not going hungry.
He really likes to suck on his hands now.

new hair cut

Mia has been asking to chop her hair off for a few weeks and I made her wait a couple of weeks to think about it. (The only reason she wanted it short was because Bella at school has short hair and Bella is her best friend that she wants to copy in EVERYTHING, but when her other friend Emily showed up with her hair short too....Mia HAD to have short hair). So, I took her to my friend Mary Lynn's hair salon and chopped it. Looks great! Best Part: no more crying when I brush it!

A few Sundays ago we were all ready for church early and since that NEVER happens and the kids actually looked like they had been washed and done up for once, I decided to take a couple of pictures. Don't they clean up nice when their mother actually puts her mind to it....too bad it rarely happens.
