Thanksgiving 2008

We had a great Thanksgiving! Mom made a fabulous dinner and Mia read us her "Thanksgiving Diary" from school. She also told us all about the pilgrims and Squanto and the Indians and the Mayflower....(she knew much more about the original story than I did). The kids were so hyper and had a blast....I think holidays and grandmas will do that to kids!
The Turkey!
The final result!
Satisfied customer!
The kids were too impatient to wait for the wish bone to dry and harden.

I"m glad your mom could make it for Thanksgiving! Looking at pictures of your apartment made me a little homesick for Denver! Mia is such a smart girl! She is getting so grown up. I have been having moments of moping thinking of how my kids are growing up too fast, but I guess I should think that I have so much to look forward to! Hope your pregnancy is going well...can't believe you're due so soon, although I'm sure you think it's been ages. I can't wait!

We are missing you. Thank you for showing us the photos. Your parents are great. Also, I really loved seeing Mia's poster. She is such a talented student and so is her mom. Hope Jared is home soon. I imagine the photos make him very homesick. We love you all...and think of you often.

Happy Thanksgiving! It's nice you didn't have to go anywhere, and your mom came to you to cook dinner. Mom's are the best!! I love the pictures of your kids too, they are getting so big. Good job on your sewing, it's good you had friends to help you, I don't sew at all, so I would have done the same thing.

Liz,
Would you ask Maxine if she has her visiting teaching done? I would like to do it for her if she will call and give me the info.
She is always helping me with everything and maybe I could do something for her.

Hope your week is great!

Thank you! Love!

Although from different places, but this perception is consistent, which is relatively rare point!
